Dear Guests, we do our best to consider your wishes concerning your stay, but please be attentive to the fact that we don’t always have an opportunity to offer you exactly what you want.
During your stay, the hotel reception keeps your passport. The rooms are to be checked out at 12:00 (noon), regardless of the check-in time. From 12:00 till 18:00, the extension cost would be 50% of the cost per night and after 18:00 the full room cost per night is calculated.
When checking out and leaving the rooms, the guests are to pay enough attention not to have left any possessions behind, in case of missing or left behind belongings, the hotel takes no responsibility.
Breakfast is free of charge for those guests who have spent the night before in the hotel. mini bar, laundry, internet, coffee shops, restaurant, etc is provided for our distinguished guests with extra charge.
Arrivals between 12:00 am midnight and 6:00 am will be considered as the previous night and will require payment. This type of early arrival will still require you to check out the same day by 12 noon if they are only staying one day.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am till 9:00 am and after that the room service department would serve the guests; in this case, additional cost would be applied.
The rooms are daily cleared and cleaned on regular basis. Rooms are cleaned upon request. If there is something not working properly in your room, please inform us in the office. We will do our utmost to address any issue you may have with your room.
Upon arrival at the room, the mini bar needs to be checked and in case of any lack of anything, the room service may be informed. We do not assume any responsibility for your belongings. Please make sure you lock your luggage.
Please ask for information and advice at the hotel in order to avoid trouble outside. Please use the hotel taxi to go to Airport, Bus Terminal, Train Station, and Touristic Places.
We can accept payment in Rials and Dollars. Children less than 2 years old without extra bed are free of charge. There is a $2.00 charge for lost or damage room key cards and $4.00 charge for missing towels.
On non-courier days, up to 48 hours prior to arrival date - 50% of the price of one night will be charged. Less than 48 hours prior to arrival date - 70% of the price of the room will be charged
Booking without prepayment is non-guaranteed! Please, pay attention that in this case your room/bed is commercially available, and hotel can’t guarantee availability at the time of your arrival even if you confirm your arrival every day by phone, email or SMS.
Our check-out time is 12 noon and check time is 14:00. If you want to have your room ready when you arrive then you need to reserve one day before. Should we be unable to provide an early check in, we can assist with storage of your baggage.

3- International guests are required to present their passport upon check-in with a valid Visa.
4- In the high season period all bookings are fully guaranteed and non-refundable.

6- Your room rate includes, free breakfast, free Internet, and VAT (Other services are on-demand and cause extra charges).
