On non-peak days, 50% of the cost of one night stay will be charged as a cancellation fee if the reservation is canceled up to 48 hours before the arrival of the guest and if the cancellation is announced less than 48 hours before the arrival of the guest, 70% of the cost of one night stay will be received as a cancellation penalty.

Note 1: If the guest cancels his / her stay in the hotel for any reason after booking and staying in a hotel, the cost of one night stay will be deducted for each room.

Breakfast is free for the guests who stayed at the hotel last night and the service is from 7:30 to 9:00 in the morning

Should you arrive at the hotel prior to the normal check-in time, you are advised to approach the Hotel’s Front Desk for assistance in storing your luggage until check-in is available. If arriving early, you are also advised to consider making a reservation for the evening prior to your arrival. Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy level. Please check with the Hotel’s Reservation Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be incurred for late check-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge may be incurred for late check-out after 6pm.
